Instructions to the Applicant Financial Assistance/Grant will be given to such employees or to their family members who are suffering from chronic illness/ailment viz Cancer, TB, and Aids only. The claim should be supported with necessary proof for treatment given or being given and Railway Doctor’s report in brief there on is compulsory. The above claim should be for the year 2024-25. Period from 01-04-2024 to 31-01-2025.
